Restorative Night Cap

So, as my jam packed day is winding down, my legs are aching, my back is throbbing and I have a headache...and, I'm ignoring the list of chores that my house appears to have given me. Instead, I'm laying down, hips elevated on a bolster, legs up the wall and voila, I feel better already.   1. After 8 straight days of practice and not wanting to miss a day, but my body is telling me ENOUGH, I decided to try your restorative class, and it was my best decision of the day. Thank you for all the rubs.
