  1. The sun is rising and I am on the deck of this beautiful hotel in Tiburon California and seeing San Francisco rising out of the fog as the sun rises and wisps of the full moon fade. I take out my Apple and I pull up this practice turn Sean Johnson on and I begin to practice. First is Om by yourself, I never did that. Ok so there is no one here I can do that. The lone vibration of my voice with the sound of the gulls and the gentle sound of the waves is so peaceful. Now sun salutations with the rising sun. I end the practice with 3 lone OMs, hoping that the vibrations reach Saraswati and then bow and say namaste.
Thank you for this beautiful practice.

  2. Thank your post this morning and thank you for yesterday's class and dedication. Today I decided to demonstrate my commitment to being a part of this community by speaking up. The blog is my refuge when I can not be in class. It makes it easier for me transport myself to the special place where I can close my eyes and breathe, and block the "noise." See you tonight. Thank you all for your encouragement of this beginer student.
